The Healthy Family Chiropractic & Massage in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Chiropractic Rehabilitation Team Member. You will work directly with patients during rehabilitation sessions, guiding them through exercises prescribed by chiropractors, while maintaining a positive clinic flow and accurate records.

This is a hands-on, face-to-face role in a fast-paced setting with a friendly team. Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, coachable, and able to communicate instructions clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to learn new exercises and therapies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises and therapies.
• Explain exercises clearly and ensure proper technique.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their program.
• Assist chiropractors with patient care, treatments, and evaluations.
• Maintain patient flow in a busy clinical setting.
• Document rehabilitation activities and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and organize rehabilitation and treatment areas between patients.
• Provide patient education on prescribed exercises and therapies.
• Data entry and other clinical documentation as needed.
• Maintain rehabilitation supplies and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with chiropractors and front desk staff.
• Assist front desk and other departments when needed.
• Participate in staff training and team meetings.
• Support community outreach or clinic events as needed.
