Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic is seeking a high-energy Chiropractic Assistant/Rehab Specialist to join our fast-paced clinic offering chiropractic care, exercise therapy, and wellness services. You will guide patients through rehab exercises and support front desk operations.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, has strong communication and customer service skills, and enjoys helping others in a team environment.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer and phone systems.
• Desire to learn and apply chiropractic and rehab knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises.
• Apply therapies including spinal decompression and laser therapy.
• Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics.
• Conduct movement screens to gauge patient needs and progress.
• Assist the doctor in conducting patient x-rays.
• Manage patient flow through the office.
• Help with marketing content creation, lead outreach and follow-up, social media and email marketing.
• Participate in community outreach marketing.
