Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Take in-depth history and perform assessments such as the INSIGHT nervous system scan.
• Educate patients about processes and benefits of chiropractic care.
• Review x-rays and discuss results with patients.
• Assist with office duties including data entry, scheduling, and inter-office communication.
• Work two weekends per month at community outreach events.

WORK SCHEDULE

Wauwatosa Schedule

This position works the following work schedule:
Monday: 8am-1:30pm & 2:40pm - 7pm
Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 7pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:40pm-6pm
Thursday: 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:40-7 pm

As a Chiropractic Medical Assistant, you play a vital role in our office. You are the competent and caring person who greets our patients and makes them aware that their visit will be exceptional. With warmth and professionalism, you begin each consultation by taking an in-depth history and performing assessments such as the INSIGHT nervous system scan. Education is a priority for you, so you teach our patients as you go, explaining our processes and the benefits of regular chiropractic care. As you do so, you keep an eye on the patient's body language, reading between the lines to get to the core of their concerns. You finish up your assisting duties by reviewing x-rays and going over the financials. As a team player, you perform office duties as well, including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and inter-office communication. You also take phone calls to do scheduling and consult on patient care. Always eager to help where you're needed, you work two weekends a month at community outreach events to help spread the word about our growing clinic. Your job is fast-paced and fun, and you enjoy the chance to promote holistic health and wellness. It's something you're passionate about, and you love taking that passion to work!
