The Joint Corp. in the Denver metro area is hiring a seasoned Chiropractor Manager to oversee multiple clinics, combining hands-on patient care with strong team leadership.

You will serve as a clinical and operational resource, ensuring consistent standards, efficient workflows, and strong provider performance across locations while mentoring staff and shaping clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic credential and active Colorado license required.
• NBCE Parts I–IV completed or equivalent credentials.
• Licensed to practice in Colorado with current malpractice eligibility.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations across Denver metro.
• Experience in multi-clinic leadership or management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as needed at clinics.
• Support chiropractors in maintaining best practices and standards.
• Monitor clinic metrics and operational performance.
• Partner with ownership to drive growth initiatives across locations.
• Lead performance conversations and coaching for staff.
• Ensure documentation compliance and workflow consistency.
