Qualifications

• Experience in chiropractic/medical front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with medical billing, insurance verification, and co-pay processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using practice management software.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with billing and co-pay collection.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update intake forms and documentation.
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence.
• Help with maintaining inventory of EMS units, hot/cold packs, cervical/lumbar pillows etc.
• Escort patients to rooms and help doctor with therapies such as hot packs, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, etc.
