TVG-Medulla, LLC is hiring a Patient Care Specialist to work directly with patients and our Doctors of Chiropractic in a fast-paced clinic. No healthcare experience is required; paid training will teach you the necessary skills to succeed and grow.

You will welcome patients, assist with care and clinic flow, schedule appointments, and contribute to a welcoming patient experience while advancing your career in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, wellness, or people-focused environments.
• Ability to learn, communicate clearly, stay organized, and provide an in-person patient experience.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinic setting and grow into leadership or clinical roles.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and support patients throughout their visits.
• Assist doctors with patient care and clinic flow.
• Learn hands-on clinical skills through paid training.
• Guide patients through exercises and activities as directed by the doctor.
• Schedule appointments and update records; support daily clinic operations.
• Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming patient experience.
• Assist with community outreach and patient wellness education.
