Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, documenting patient health, and coordinating referrals while maintaining CMS-compliant records and delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with 2–3 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to document patient notes clearly and accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic procedures and adjustments as needed.
• Create and implement treatment plans.
• Assess patient health via interviews and examinations.
• Communicate diagnoses and treatment goals to patients.
• Maintain patient medical records in CMS standards.
• Facilitate referrals to other health professionals and facilities.
• Document each patient visit clearly and thoroughly.
• Exhibit professional conduct toward patients and staff.
