  • Conduct regular re-exams to track progress and modify care plans as needed.
  • Prescribe and oversee corrective exercises and home care recommendations.

  • Reinforce patient compliance to support long-term outcomes.
  • Clearly explain exam findings, care plans, expectations, and progress.
  • Build strong doctor–patient relationships grounded in trust and professionalism.
  • Address patient questions and concerns with confidence and compassion.
  • Actively build and maintain relationships within the local community.
  • Participate in community events, workshops, screenings, and outreach opportunities.
  • Develop referral relationships with local businesses, schools, gyms, churches, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
  • Represent the clinic professionally and positively in all community interactions.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Ensure records meet legal, ethical, and insurance standards.
  • Participate in case reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with chiropractic assistants, rehab staff, and front office team.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education.
  • Follow established office systems, protocols, and patient flow processes.

Requirements
Clinical Care
  • Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations, including posture analysis, ROM, orthopedic and neurological exams
  • Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic findings as permitted by state law
  • Develop and deliver individualized corrective care plans focused on structural correction and functional improvement
  • Perform high-quality chiropractic adjustments and corrective techniques
  • Conduct regular re-exams to track progress and modify care plans as needed
Corrective & Rehabilitative Care
