The Joint Chiropractic in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic to join our full-time team. You will deliver quality care while we handle marketing, insurance, and business administration so you can focus on patients. Weekend coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NBCE; NBCE SPEC exam acceptable alternative for Part IV;
• Valid DC license in the applicable state; fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays as indicated.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to spine or other articulations to correct musculoskeletal issues.
• Educate patients on lifestyle benefits of routine chiropractic care; provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients; obtain and record medical histories as indicated.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary and analyze them to locate sources of difficulties.
• Provide chiropractic care and education to patients and maintain timely records.
• Assist in sales of membership packages.
