Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by authorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Exchange of cash and distributing chips to guests.
• Assist players who wish to color up, exchanging small-denomination chips for larger ones.
• Assist dealers and supervisors in starting, combining, and breaking games.
• Ensure safety and security by reporting suspicious or unusual activities.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and return chip trays to designated areas.
