Job summary

Control Devices, LLC in Fenton, MO is hiring a Manufacturing Laborer to support the machine shop. You will operate chip spinning equipment, unload materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area in an oily, noisy environment. Schedule options include Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:15am or Fri-Sun 5am-5pm.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires lifting, standing, and teamwork, with training available for forklift and overhead crane certifications. Overtime may be available based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Prior laborer experience required, construction or contract work preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in an oily, noisy environment and standing for long periods.
• Able to lift, push, pull and move materials as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain chip spinning equipment and overhead crane.
• Move chip containers to spinner machine and spin out oil for recycling.
• Operate forklift to retrieve and place chips into trailers.
• Unload and receive material as needed and keep area clean and safe.
