Salary : $110,000 - $115,000 per year

About the Facility : Our client, a reputable nursing home in Brooklyn with a large Asian resident population, is seeking a culturally sensitive and experienced Nurse Manager to lead their nursing team. This facility is dedicated to providing compassionate and culturally inclusive care that respects the diverse needs of its residents.

Position Overview : The Nurse Manager will oversee nursing operations during the day shift, ensuring that high standards of care are delivered while creating an environment that respects the cultural needs of residents. We are particularly seeking a candidate who speaks Chinese, as this will greatly enhance communication and support for our residents and their families. This role is ideal for a Nurse Manager who is passionate about delivering patient-centered, culturally appropriate care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support nursing staff in providing high-quality, culturally sensitive care to residents.
