Job summary

NSA is seeking a Language Analyst to support SIGINT missions, focusing on Chinese language analysis, translation, and reporting at the NSA/CSS Hawaii Kunia/Meade/Draper sites. The role offers opportunities through LADP or direct hire, with a development path and operational tours across offices.

Applicants should have ILR 2/2 in reading/listening, at least one year of relevant experience, and eligibility for a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language.
• At least 1 year of relevant language or analytic experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the IC to analyze and translate language materials.
• Perform language analysis, transcription, translation, and reporting as part of SIGINT missions.
• Work within LADP or direct hire to support analytic mission offices.
• Mentor and train other Language Analysts as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate language products and customer service.
