Job summary

NSA is seeking a multilingual Language Analyst with Chinese proficiency to support SIGINT missions. The role includes potential entry into LADP or direct hire, with development tours and deployment across NSA offices.

Applicants must meet ILR 2/2 in reading/listening and hold at least a bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience. The position requires strong analytical skills, clear written and oral communication, and the ability to synthesize information to deliver timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Degree in any field acceptable.
• ILR level 2/2 in reading/listening for target language.
• Experience in translation, transcription, or analysis preferred.
• Formal or informal leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the IC to analyze foreign language materials.
• Assist in LADP or direct hire paths to support analytic missions.
• Produce high-quality written and oral assessments and reports.
• Mentor and collaborate with other Language Analysts to ensure mission health.
