Job summary

Parsons is seeking an OSINT Language Enabled Collector to join our Federal Solutions team. You will conduct OSINT collection, draft OSIRs, and support language-based intelligence production across the theater.

Requirements include Chinese language capability, DLPT 3,3,3, an active TS/SCI with polygraph, and 8+ years of related experience with a degree. The role offers challenging missions, robust benefits, and opportunities to shape intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Minimum 8 years of OSINT/analytical experience; further education may count toward experience.
• Must be language-enabled with Chinese proficiency and pass DLPT 3,3,3.
• English reading/writing/listening at high ILR level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT collection on foreign sources using OSINT tools to identify patterns and requirements.
• Create collection plans, draft OSIRs, and support OSINT analytic production.
• Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and provide language-based insights.
• Develop OSINT collection requirements and publication in the official records system.
• Assist management of the Enterprise's Collector Identifier Number Database and data calls.
• Support validation and tipping/cueing of other intelligence functions.
