Job summary

Altamira Technologies Corporation is looking for Mandarin Chinese Language-Enabled Publicly Available Information/Open-Source Intelligence (PAI/OSINT) Analysts based in Dayton, OH. Key responsibilities include conducting research and providing analytical support, translating technical foreign language content into English, and performing quality control on deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience conducting open-source research, including use of associated tradecraft and tools.
• Ability to demonstrate a minimum ILR score of 2 or ACTFL Advanced Low in listening and reading in Mandarin Chinese.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Altamira Technologies Corporation is seeking Mandarin Chinese Language-Enabled Publicly Available Information/Open-Source Intelligence (PAI/OSINT) Analysts in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and provide analytical support for the client's mission sets.
• Work both from the foreign language into English and English into the foreign language.
• Perform high volume, accurate translation, transcription, and interpretation of highly technical foreign language information into colloquial English.
• Additional tasks may include report writing, quality control, review, gisting, training, and others as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience conducting open-source research, including use of associated tradecraft and tools;
• Experience conducting research in the source language;
• Ability to demonstrate a minimum ILR score of 2 or ACTFL Advanced Low in listening and reading in Mandarin Chinese;
• Active TS/SCI clearance;
• HS diploma or GED;
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of other IC disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.);
• Experience using machine translation tools to complete human-assisted translations;
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to decrease analysis and production timelines;
• Computer programming fundamentals/experience (Python, SQL, etc.).
