Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients (restaurants, grocery stores, and food service distributors).
• Business Development: Identify and approach potential new clients within the Chinese-speaking and broader Asian food markets to expand our sales network.
• Product Promotion & Consultation: Introduce and pitch new Japanese food products, seasonal items, and menu solutions tailored to client needs.
• Sales Operations: Process customer orders accurately, manage sales goals, and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the accounting, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery, inventory management, and timely payment collections.

Qualifications & Skills

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus but not required.
• Experience:
• Experienced candidates: 1-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or the food/wholesale industry (preferred).
• Entry-level candidates: No prior sales experience required! Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided for those with a strong work ethic and passion for the industry.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build long-term relationships with diverse clients.
• Mobility: Valid US driver's license and a clean driving record (essential for client visits).
• Legal Status: Authorized to work in the United States.
