Job summary

Endura Enterprises LLC is seeking a Lead Chimney Technician in Greensboro, NC. The role leads residential chimney installations from start to finish, mentors apprentices, and serves as the primary field representative for customers.

You will oversee safety, quality, and on-time project delivery while coordinating with the team and management. The position requires leadership experience, strong knowledge of chimney systems and codes, and the ability to manage field operations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of chimney installation, masonry, fireplace, venting, or related construction experience.
• Proven leadership experience directing field crews or installation teams.
• Strong knowledge of chimney systems, venting systems, fireplaces, and applicable building codes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform residential chimney system installations, repairs, relining projects, and appliance venting installations.
• Direct and supervise Apprentices and other technicians, coaching and hands-on training.
• Assign daily responsibilities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Inspect work to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide project updates throughout installations.
• Maintain materials, tools, and equipment; ensure safe usage and upkeep.
• Complete job documentation, photos, and required reports.
