The ideal candidate has extensive experience with centrifugal, screw, scroll, and air‑cooled chillers, reads blueprints and wiring diagrams, and maintains building operations for healthcare,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on chiller service, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of centrifugal, screw, scroll, and air-cooled chillers.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, refrigeration, mechanical and controls.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Knowledge of chilled water systems, cooling towers, and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial/industrial chillers.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and performance testing.
• Service centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating chillers.
• Inspect cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, controls, and VFDs.
• Analyze performance data to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls issues.
• Read blueprints and manufacturer documentation.
