Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a reliable Chiller Technician to perform service and maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including air and water-cooled chillers. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair chillers, while quoting time and materials for service calls within a defined territory.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with industrial and commercial chillers, EPA universal certification, strong problem-solving, and the ability to train junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing and troubleshooting industrial and commercial chillers.
• Experience performing service and maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
• EPA universal certification.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and train other technicians.
• OSHA 10 hour certification (provided if needed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiller maintenance and troubleshooting in industrial/commercial settings.
• Service, diagnose and troubleshoot chillers (air and water-cooled scroll, screw, centrifugal).
• Use electrical/mechanical diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment systems.
• Quote/estimate time and materials for jobs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Complete daily electronic documentation on handheld device.
• Operate company vehicle for service calls in territory.
• Assist with training and oversight of a small team of technicians.
• Attend safety and equipment training programs as provided.
