Strativ Group in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Senior-level Startup & Commissioning Technician to lead startups and commissioning of advanced HVAC systems, including data-center cooling. You will troubleshoot critical issues and support training and process improvements for the team.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of heavy tonnage HVAC experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical).
- Knowledge of refrigeration & hydronic systems.
