Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner in Roanoke, VA is seeking an experienced Commercial Chiller Service Technician to maintain, repair and install chiller systems. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, install components, perform testing, and document service reports while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience, knowledge of York, Carrier, and Trane, reads schematics, and communicates clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Chiller Service Technician.
• Strong understanding of commercial chiller systems, including their mechanical and electrical components.
• Experience with York, Carrier, Trane, etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
