Safety is our #1 priority.* Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.* Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.* Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.* Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.* Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.* Remain customer service focused.**Experience or Certification needed:*** EPA universal certification preferred.* OSHA 10 preferred.* 3 years of commercial HVACR experience.**You need to be able to:*** Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.* Be punctual and reliable.* Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.* On call availability.* Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.* Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.* Work efficiently in confined spaces.* Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.* Successfully pass pre-employment drug test, background check, physical, and MVR.**Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is the region's leader in HVACR, Electrical, and Plumbing services.
