Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up the line and chillers at start of shift.
• Supply ice as needed within the department.
• Monitor water temperature and chemical levels.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance on equipment.
• Document measurements and paperwork.
• Adhere to USDA and GMP standards.
• Operate chillers and report repairs.
• Work around processing plant equipment.
• Wear PPE as required.
