Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and related equipment.
• Conduct monthly system reviews and record operating conditions per guidelines.
• Carry out weekly chiller checks, boiler checks, and low water cut-off tests.
• Use maintenance app to log work orders and track time and materials.
• Identify parts, equipment and training needs for tasks and future budgeting.
