Way Service, Ltd. in Austin, TX seeks a Commercial HVAC Applied Chiller Service Technician to join our growing team. You will troubleshoot and service a wide range of commercial equipment, including chillers and hydronic systems, with emphasis on reliability and safety.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform PM on commercial & industrial HVAC equipment.
• Work with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, RTUs and related systems.
• Maintain records and participate in training, mentoring junior techs when possible.
• Support timely commitments and uphold safety standards.
