Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a hands-on Critical Support Specialist for Santa Clara, CA or Reno, NV, with 8+ years in mission-critical maintenance. The role requires on-site work Monday–Friday and 15–20% travel across North America, interacting with CFEs and vendors to ensure uptime and reliability.

You will manage detailed maintenance tasks, mentor junior staff, and contribute to safety and procedural documentation within a fast-paced facilities team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in mission-critical environments.
• Expertise across low/medium voltage, UPS, generators, HVAC.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Formal specialized training and current relevant certifications.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within North America.

Responsibilities
