Qualifications

• Five years of HVAC service and maintenance experience.
• Three years maintaining chillers and cooling towers.
• Valid Journeyman HVAC license.
• EPA Universal CFC certification on person at all times.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair chillers and cooling towers.
• Maintain and test HVAC control systems.
• Assist with after-hours emergencies and planned activities.
• Train and mentor other technicians as needed.
