Purpose ofJob:
Assemble,and presentcompleted treat orders, including stocking,cleaning,and maintainingallcustomer areas in a clean, safe, pleasant mannerand to all restaurant safetyandhealthcode standards.
EssentialFunctions:
- Communicateclearly, quickly,and politely with co-workers toensure correct order is served tothecustomers.
- Prepare treat products followingrestaurant, healthand safety standardsand procedures quicklyandaccurately.
- Be pleasant andalertto customer needs.
- Properlyand safely operateand maintainrestaurant equipment includingrelatedchillequipmentwhile followingall healthandsafetystandards.
- Workas a“team” member toassure constant andconsistent quality, service,cleanlinessand valueto eachcustomer.
- Clean workarea,organize and stock needed items. Move various treat, paperandcleaning items from other sections of building (or outside building) toimmediate workarea.
- Stocksandexecutes properrotation of products.
- Completesassigned prep work for stockingandset up ofchillarea. Controls food production process.
- Breaks downandcleanschillarea thoroughlyatthe end ofeverydayas assignedby a manager or shiftleader.
- Wash counters, tables,restrooms, trash receptacles,gather trashand remove from dining/serviceareas to properreceptacle, sweep, mop, stockand othercleaning tasks. Occasional need to be out of building(i.e., parking lot,freezer,trash containerareas,etc.) for parking lot pick-up, trash removaland other maintenance andcleaningactivities.
- Informsimmediate supervisor promptly ofall problems or unusual matters of significance.

- Movecasesoffood/paperproducts,bucketsofsanitizing liquidorcleaner,containersof up to 50 pounds up to 10 times per six-hour shift, stock ice in soft drink dispensers, use sanitizing solutions,stockall items used incustomer servicearea.
- Must beable toperform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant including movingandresponding quickly for long periodsof time.
- Travel quickly incustomer serviceareaas muchas three times foreachcustomerup toas manyas 40customers per hourof shift.
- Must beable to work inand out of different temperature ranges.
- Handling food/drinks/treatsand food/drink/treat productsconstantly.
- Capability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Interact with the publicandco-workersconstantly during shifts.
