Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients is hiring an on-site Site HR Manager for a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract at Severnside. You will lead the full employee lifecycle, foster relations with unions, coach managers and drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion across the site.

We value GDPR-aware HR professionals with manufacturing experience, strong data skills and a collaborative mindset to shape the people agenda in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR generalist activities with knowledge of HR policies and GDPR.
• Ability to deliver training and coaching stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
• Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals
• Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice
• Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site
• Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance
• Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity
• Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience

What we’re looking for

• Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation
• Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
• Experience of a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
