Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing operator experience.
• Ability to read and write and learn new processes.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Start up cookers and prepare products.
• Maintain logs and paperwork for the work area.
• Perform agtron tests and moisture analysis on batches.
• Fill barrels to proper weight and operate forklift safely.
• Coordinate with shift supervisor to complete duties.
