Job summary

Newly Weds Food in Gerald, MO seeks a 2nd Shift Cooking Operator to operate and maintain capsaicum cooking operations and produce finished dry product. This full-time role runs 3pm-11pm, Monday through Friday, reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with the team to ensure safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate the chili cooker in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure desired results.
• Ensure ingredients are weighed and measured before loading into the cooker.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure product meets standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

SEEKING a 2nd Shift Cooking Operator (3pm-11pm) Monday - Friday to join our TEAM!

Job Summary

The Blender Operator at Newly Weds Food in Gerald, MO will be responsible for operating and maintaining capsicum (chili) cooking operations to process raw ingredients and produce finished dry product. This is a full-time, 2nd shift position that requires an individual who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has a strong understanding of food processing equipment. The Cooking Operator will report to the Production Supervisor and work closely with other team members to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality dry food blends.

• Competitive salary based on experience
• Outstanding Medical/Dental/Prescription Drug coverage with a $250.00 deductible for $12.24 / Single (Weekly and $42.46/Family (Weekly).
• Eligible for full benefits package on the 91st day.
