Helping Children Know Christ. Equipping Families to Follow Him.
A Calling to Make Disciples
Children are not simply the future of the church—they are an essential part of the church today.
At Potomac Baptist Church, we believe children’s ministry is far more than providing childcare or programming. It is the joyful work of making disciples who know Christ, treasure His Word, love His Church, and faithfully follow Him throughout their lives.
This is a part-time (20-hour per week) position with significant opportunities to shape the future of our children’s ministry. We recognize that building a healthy, disciple-making ministry takes time. Rather than expecting immediate transformation, we are looking for a faithful leader who is eager to invest steadily in people, build strong ministry foundations, and grow alongside our church family over the years.
