Job summary

The Little Gym of Naples is hiring a Children’s Class Instructor / Team Member (18+). You will lead curriculum-based gymnastics and movement classes for children from 4 months to 12 years, creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with a supportive team focused on child development and customer experience, building relationships with children and families in the Naples community, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Comfortable leading groups of children.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent work habits.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

The Little Gym of Naples is hiring dependable, energetic team members to lead structured, movement-based classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years. This is a fast-paced, active role focused on teaching, engagement, and creating a positive learning environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead children through curriculum-based gymnastics and movement classes
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging environment
• Work as part of a supportive team focused on child development and customer experience
• Build relationships with children and families in your community
• Participate in ongoing training

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable actively leading and engaging groups of children
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow structure while bringing energy and enthusiasm
• Interest in education, child development, coaching, or related fields is a plus
