Job summary

Assistance Plus is seeking a dedicated Children’s Care Coordinator Supervisor (Non-Clinical) to oversee a team of care coordinators and ensure timely, effective, and compassionate support for clients navigating behavioral health services. This full-time role is based in Wilton, ME at our Wilton office.

The supervisor provides administrative oversight, staff development, and ensures compliance with policies while collaborating with the Clinical Supervisor to align care coordination with program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in care coordination, case management, or behavioral health support services.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and care coordination best practices.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite.

We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Care Coordinator Supervisor (Non-Clinical) to oversee a team of children's care coordinators and ensure that clients receive timely, effective, and compassionate support.

The Children’s Care Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative supervision to a team of care coordinators who assist clients in navigating behavioral health and community-based services. This position focuses on program oversight, staff development, compliance with organizational policies, and ensuring quality service delivery. While this is a non-clinical role, the supervisor plays a key part in ensuring that care coordination activities meet the needs of clients and align with program requirements and will work in collaboration with the Agency’s Clinical Supervisor.

This is a full time (40 hour per week) position located at our Wilton office.
