We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Care Coordinator Supervisor (Non-Clinical) to oversee a team of children's care coordinators and ensure that clients receive timely, effective, and compassionate support.
The Children’s Care Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative supervision to a team of care coordinators who assist clients in navigating behavioral health and community-based services. This position focuses on program oversight, staff development, compliance with organizational policies, and ensuring quality service delivery. While this is a non-clinical role, the supervisor plays a key part in ensuring that care coordination activities meet the needs of clients and align with program requirements and will work in collaboration with the Agency’s Clinical Supervisor.
This is a full time (40 hour per week) position located at our Wilton office.
