Soccer Shots - SE Mass is seeking an energetic Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players in Plymouth, MA. You will lead engaging sessions, teach fundamental skills, and follow the Soccer Shots curriculum in a safe, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in coaching, teaching, or childcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children in a safe and encouraging environment
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
• Develop and follow structured lesson plans aligned with the Soccer Shots curriculum
• Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere that keeps kids motivated and excited to learn
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and session updates
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and programs
• Set up and break down equipment before and after each session

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
• Basic soccer knowledge and a passion for the sport
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with kids and parents
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a child-first mindset
• Reliable transportation to travel to program locations throughout the Southeast Mass area
• Must pass a background check prior to employment
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
