Soccer Shots - SE Mass is seeking an energetic Children’s Soccer Coach to motivate and inspire young players in Chatham, MA. You will lead engaging sessions, teach core soccer skills, and follow Soccer Shots curriculum in a fun, positive environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, patient, and passionate about working with kids, with strong communication skills for parents and guardians. Background check may be required; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or teaching children.
• Basic soccer knowledge and passion for the sport.
• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to travel to program locations.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children in a safe and encouraging environment

• Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere that keeps kids motivated and excited to learn
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and session updates
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and programs
• Set up and break down equipment before and after each session

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
• Basic soccer knowledge and a passion for the sport
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with kids and parents
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a child-first mindset
• Reliable transportation to travel to program locations throughout the Chatham, MA area
• Must pass a background check prior to employment
