Qualifications

• Experience working with children in coaching or childcare.
• Basic soccer knowledge and a passion for the sport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with kids and parents.
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a child-first mindset.
• Reliable transportation to travel to program locations in the Chatham, MA area.
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and session updates.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and programs.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after each session.
