The primary role of the Children’s Program Coordinator is to assist the Children’s Program Leader in supporting and guiding the childcare staff; ensuring that all children on-site are safe, fed, and prepared for school; and working to demonstrate the love of God with both children and staff. The Children’s Program Support Staff is a faith-based position in which the ultimate goal is to see holistic transformation in the community.
