Job summary

PATH People Acting To Help, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Licensed Child/Adolescent OP Therapist to join our full-time clinical team. You will provide individual, group and/or family therapy to children and youths in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and motivational interviewing, with opportunities for licensure supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services.
  • Experience in working with individuals who have behavioral health issues.
  • Eligible to be licensed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group and/or couples therapy for individuals.
  • Evaluate and assess the needs of assigned individuals.
  • Collect all pertinent information including demographic history and history of presenting problem for ongoing treatment.
  • Ensure delivery of clinical treatment is congruent with listed models and practices.

  • Collect all pertinent information including demographic history, history of presenting problem, family background, testing evaluations, medical evaluation, etc., as indicated for ongoing treatment
  • Ensure that delivery of clinical treatment is congruent with models and practices listed in job summary
