The University of New Mexico Development Office at UNM Children's Hospital seeks a part-time Children's Miracle Network Coordinator to support marketing, communications, and program development for the CMN Partnership.

You will assist in Lobothon operations, create digital assets for national campaigns, and collaborate with CMN leadership to steward families, while helping with events like Toy Drive and Radiothon.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at UNM, at least half-time.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva and other social media tools.
• Interest in marketing, higher education, fundraising, sales, and/or project management.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Children's Miracle Network Partnership at UNM Children's Hospital works with fortune 500 companies nationally and across our state to raise one dollar at a time to support critical equipment, patient and family care as well as lifesaving services at UNM Children's Hospital. The CMN Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director and Associate Director, ensuring efficient operation of the CMN Program at the University of New Mexico Children's Hospital. This position directly supports the operations of the Children's Miracle Network Program through marketing, communications, and program development.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the successful operation of the Lobothon student group on campus at UNM
• Assist in marketing and digital asset creation and delivery for national campaigns
• Work with CMN leadership to steward new and existing miracle families
• May support the hospitals team in events such as Toy Drive (December), Radiothon (December), and other events as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters.
• Must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva and other social media tools as necessary
• Shows interest in marketing, higher education, fundraising, sales, and/or project management.
