Wooddale Church seeks a full-time Children’s Ministry Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, MN. You will develop systems and workflows to support registration, volunteers, scheduling, events, and weekly ministry programming across campuses.

You’ll coordinate communication to families and volunteers, partner with the Communications team, and ensure consistent ministry operations with staff and volunteers. The role emphasizes collaboration and practical problem solving.

• Oversee ministry calendars, timelines, and operational plans.
