Springbrook Community Church in Huntley, IL is seeking a part-time Children's Ministry Director to provide spiritual and organizational leadership for children from infancy through 6th grade, partnering with staff, volunteers, and parents to create a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered ministry.

Qualifications

• A covenant member in good standing of Springbrook Community Church.
• Minimum three years of experience serving in or with children's ministry.
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and care for leaders and volunteers.
• Strong relational, communication, organizational, planning, and team-building skills.
• Self-starter who can set goals, develop strategies, manage priorities, and follow through with excellence.
• Comfort using common computer applications and church ministry systems.
• Spiritual maturity and gifts that may include leadership, teaching, shepherding, organization, and service.

Responsabilités

• Provide vision, direction, and day-to-day leadership for all children's ministry programs, weekend services, and special events.
• Recruit, mentor, train, shepherd, and develop ministry leaders and volunteers, building healthy teams.
• Evaluate ministry effectiveness and strengthen participation, volunteer engagement, and family discipleship.
• Coordinate weekend services and collaborate with the Assistant Children's Director to ensure staffing, curriculum, and quality of services.
• Oversee health and safety policies and procedures, and manage registration, check-in, and confidentiality.
