This part-time role focuses on shepherding volunteers, planning Biblically grounded lessons, and partnering with families to create safe, welcoming environments where children can know Jesus.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY COORDINATOR

Birth–5th Graders

Part-Time | 15–18 hours/week | $24/hour

We’re looking for a relational, passionate Children’s Ministry Coordinator to help lead our birth through fifth grade ministry.

This role is about more than teaching and managing programs—it’s about shepherding people. You’ll recruit, equip, and encourage the volunteers while creating meaningful environments where children can know Jesus, feel safe and loved, and grow in their faith.

Your Mission

Build a thriving community of shepherd‑leaders who love Jesus, love kids, and love serving together.

Your primary focus will be partnering with the Children’s Ministry Director to create environments that reflect the heart and teachings of Jesus while caring for and empowering our volunteers so they can confidently disciple and nurture the children entrusted to them.

• You’re a Team Builder: You know how to encourage, equip, delegate, and bring people together around a shared mission.
• You Bring Experience: Three or more years of experience in ministry, education, or team leadership is preferred—but character, calling, and a passion for discipleship matter most.
• You’re Growing in Your Faith: A degree in Bible, Theology, Education, or a related field is a plus, but we’re most interested in someone who is committed to following Jesus and helping others do the same.
