Asbury United Methodist Church in Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking a part-time Asbury KiDS Assistant to join our Children’s Ministry team. This role focuses on creating a loving, Christ-centered environment for children from birth through 5th grade and their families.

You’ll help lead Sunday morning and Wednesday evening programming, support volunteers, assist with special events and outreach, and build meaningful relationships with children and families.

This is a relational, hands‑on role helping create a welcoming, joyful, and Christ-centered ministry for childrenfrom birth through 5th grade and their families.You’ll help lead Sunday morning and Wednesday evening programming, support volunteers, assist with special events and outreach, and build meaningful relationships with children and families.

We’re looking for someone who iskind, energetic, dependable, organized, creative, and passionate about helping children grow in their faith.

Additional 10–15 hours/week scheduled with the Children’s Ministry Director
