Job Title: Environmental Services Worker

Location: Morgantown, WV

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Shift details as specified

Salary: Non-Exempt

Department: WVUH CH Pediatrics Environmental Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and meet departmental standards.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills.
• Contributes to organizational goals and works as a team member.
• Maintains dignity and respect when interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Follows hospital policies and procedures.
• Participates in continuous improvement processes and supports change initiatives.
• Takes ownership of decisions and actions, working collaboratively to improve the hospital.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successfully pass WV DHHR Protected Services Record Check and WV CARES fingerprint-based criminal background check if assigned to specific departments.
