Our Children’s Intensive Outpatient Program supports children aged 7-13 using Developmental Repair, DBT, and IPT to improve emotional regulation, social skills, and relationships. Sessions include skill-building, group dynamics, and family collaboration to promote emotional resilience.
Therapists provide psychological assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning, primarily in group settings for children. Participation in team meetings and case consultations is required.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, with specific ranges for master’s and doctoral level clinicians.
