Job summary

Somersault is seeking an energetic Children’s Fitness Instructor to lead classes and birthday parties using our proven curriculum. Weekend shifts are included as part of a dedicated team, with a focus on customer service and family-friendly experiences.

We value individuals who are high-energy, love working with kids, and can lead others while ensuring a safe, fun environment. Background in child development or physical education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Teaching amazing classes and leading fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families to create a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Be ready to LEAD and contribute to the growth and development of children and families.
• A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps.

• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

Programs offer children a Springboard to Life's Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
