Job summary

Somersault, directing The Little Gym franchise opportunities, is seeking an energetic Children\'s Fitness Instructor. You will teach classes and lead birthday parties using our proven curriculum, coordinating with families to create magical experiences and delivering top-notch customer service.

You will join a team of instructors who also run weekend events, and you will be encouraged to lead and grow with the organization, with advancement opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education or gymnastics is a plus.
• Youth-oriented energy and ability to work with kids and families.
• Willingness to learn the curriculum and teaching method.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and birthday parties based on our curriculum and teaching method.
• Work with a team of instructors to teach classes and run weekend parties.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with hosting families to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience to families.

What We Expect From You...

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
