Job summary

Somersault in Levittown, PA is seeking a Children's Fitness Instructor to energize classes and host birthday parties using our proven curriculum. You will join a team that teaches and runs weekend events, delivering exceptional service to families and members in a supportive, fun environment.

The role emphasizes leading activities, creating a positive experience for children, and opportunities for upward mobility within our growing network.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Experience in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, service-minded and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and lead birthday parties based on our curriculum.
• Work with weekend instructors to run classes and events.
• Coordinate birthday party details with families for a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.

Pay Rate: $15-17/hr

Per Class Rate (Class length 90 minutes): $22-25/class

What We Expect From You...

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
